Is it real fur?

No. The ’fur’ fabrics are 100% acrylic, but each fibre or ’hair’ is highly polished, which is what makes our fabrics so soft and silky - and feel just like real fur.

Can I wash it?

Yes. With the exception of any of the ’Manhattan’fabrics (which should be dry cleaned), our fabrics are machine washable at 40 degrees and may be tumble dried as long as your machine can be set to ’cool’. However, because of their size, we recommend that our throws should not be washed, as they do not fit in domestic machines.

How can I keep it looking good?

Just like real hair, your fabric may be brushed! The best tool to use is a teazle brush, but gentle brushing even with a normal hair brush, especially after washing, will keep your faux fur looking sleek.

How long will my order take to get to me?

Your item will normally be despatched within 3 working days (usually it will be the next working day) by 2nd class Royal Mail, which (for UK) should rach you within 5 working days. If there is a particular deadline you are aiming for, please give us a ring to confirm. If for some reason there is a delay in despatching your order, we will contact you to discuss it.

Can I return an item?

Of course if an item is faulty in any way, we will either refund your costs or replace it. If for some other reason you wish to return your purchase, we will refund your money, once we receive your return.

Where are the products made?

All our products are made by us here is the UK. We have a manufacturing unit in Devon where we carry out all our operations.
